- This garment comes with a set of NIJ05 Level3 Spike protection inserts.
The set includes 2 front panels and 1 back panel. Left & right front panels are identical. These inserts are meant to be placed in the desigated zipped pockets of the inner vest. make sure to remove any other type of insert from the vest before adding these stab resistant inserts. The inner vest is designed to accept only one type of insert at the time. Armrium stab resistant inserts are made in USA by Slate Solutions, Florida.
